Photos, Media & Files Usage

Our app requires access to your device’s photos, media, and files to provide its core document scanning and PDF creation features. This permission allows you to import images from your gallery, scan documents, crop and edit photos, apply filters, add watermarks, and convert processed images into PDF files. The images you select or scan are used only for generating, editing, and saving your documents within the app.

We do not collect, store, upload, share, or transmit your photos or documents to any external servers. All image processing takes place locally on your device, and your files remain under your full control at all times. This permission is never used for monitoring your device or accessing any images without your direct action.

What we collect

Camera & Media: Photos/PDFs you capture or import for scanning. These stay on your device unless you choose to share or back them up.
Device info & IDs: Limited data from services like Firebase/AdMob for analytics, crash reports, and ads.
Contact info (optional): If you email support, we receive your email and whatever you include.

How we use data

Provide core features (scan, enhance, export)
Improve reliability and performance (analytics/crash reports)
Show ads and manage in-app purchases

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal data
We don’t keep your files on our servers

Data retention

Files you scan remain on your device unless you delete them. Temporary files created during processing are removed automatically.

We may use Google services (e.g., Firebase, AdMob) for analytics, crash reporting and ads. Their policies apply.
